Reservations:
We recommend making your reservations prior to your arrival by calling 410-848-3358. Appointments are subject to availability. It is our service standard to cater to every client’s needs and desires as much as possible. If you have any special requests, please let our receptionist know when making your appointment.

Can’t make it?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointed time.

Arrival:
We suggest arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in. You will be greeted by one of our friendly front desk team members. We will offer a variety of complimentary beverages during your visit including coffee, tea, water, soda, beer and wine.

Forms of Payment:
We accept all major Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), and personal checks. However, we would appreciate receiving TIPS in cash. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included but are greatly appreciated. The industry average is 15%-20% of the service total.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates may not be used for gratuity.
